Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Credits

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, because they draw on AI and compute costs we pay as they're used.

But talk to us anyway

If something went wrong and you think a refund is fair, email hello@platyps.comwith your account email and what happened. We read every one of these ourselves. If the case is genuine, you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or a fault on our side burnt credits you never got the benefit of, we'll refund you.

We're a small team and we'd rather sort it out directly than have you fight a form. Give us 3 working days to reply. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

What we won't refund

Credits you've already spent, or a change of mind after you've used the platform.

Free credits

Signup credits are free, have no cash value, and can't be refunded.
